Our company was approached with a unique challenge from a new Atlanta medical aesthetic company. Our client, Buckhead’s Ovme desired to break into the wedding/bridal market and wanted us to showcase how the aesthetic/spa space, located in a small strip mall, could be dramatically transformed for luxurious bridal showers, bachelorette soirees, and “bride tribe” events. The attendees were Ovme members, brides, wedding planners and the staff of some of Atlanta’s top bridal magazines. In an effort to brand this type of event and the appeal for OVME locations, which will be franchised around the country, we developed a custom logo “L’Ovme” for these types of Ovme signature events. We utilized the aesthetic company’s existing brand color of ocean teal and incorporated the logo as well.

We began the space transformation by installing a dramatic, white balloon sculpture at the outside corner of the building which highlighted the OVME sign and signaled an entrance to something exciting. A contemporary violinist, garbed in white, set the mood by playing joyful, live music outside the building as people arrived. Guests started their lavish experience by walking a stanchioned, plush teal carpet where they were gifted with earrings and greeted by an exotic peacock-garbed woman who poured champagne at the custom champagne wall. The champagne glass stems sported beads, peacock feathers and hand-calligraphed “Bride Tribe” tags. The outside area in front of the med spa was transformed into a lavish entryway to the event itself, setting it apart among the store facades.

As guests entered the space itself, large white balloons adorned the ceiling over the waiting area creating a festive atmosphere while beautiful, custom crafted floral displays provided elegance and a “bridal” vibe. The Ovme moss wall, which is usually utilized solely for skin care products, was artfully arranged with monogrammed and beribboned custom “L’Ovme candles, flowers, and accentuated with skin care products.

As guests were strategically drawn thru the space, they were treated to visions of the type of services and decor that could be enjoyed during an event. Counters were transformed with flowers and gorgeous platters of delicious bites. A large space in the central area of the back of the office was crafted into a gorgeous dessert bar and was a hub for the treatment rooms that opened off of it. Balloons adorned a lighted Ovme sign, and the elegantly presented sweets featured hand-painted delicacies in keeping with the teal and white theme. We utilized the “treatment rooms” and showcased how they could be enjoyed by guests for facial, hair and make-up services. Professional make-up and hair artists offered the evening’s guests mini-makeovers. Another office was cleared and became an opulent showroom showcasing the latest engagement and bridal trends. Music filled the air as the violinist moved inside the space creating a delightful background to the conversation, laughter and prize giveaways. Guests lingered, enjoying sitting on the sofas, chatting and the beautiful atmosphere that was created.
